In this sermon and service, I will reflect on the idea of the arc of the moral universe bending toward justice. Many people know the idea from Martin Luther King, Jr.’s speeches and writing. The idea was not original with King, but he gave it life.

The Rev. Dr. Anthony P. Johnson is minister of the Unitarian Church of Harrisburg, PA. Credentialed for both parish and community ministry, he has served in ministries in California, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania, and at the national level. He is a graduate of Boston University (B.A.), Harvard Divinity School (M.Div.), The Milano College of the New School University (M.S. in urban management and policy), and New York Theological Seminary (D.Min. in ministry in multi-faith settings).
